Stop Kagan Nomination

We all know what a big mistake it would be to put Kagan on the Supreme Court. Not only is she not qualified

but she is nothing more then an Obama Social Progressive who is put there for no other reason then to further his agenda long after he is out of office (how about 35 years)

By her own admission she views the Constitution as a "living document" to be changed whenever the court wishes she intends to make law not interpret law.

I know we can not hope for a conservative progressive nominee but Kagan is so far out there we will never get

a vote out of her that will defend our constitution.

It would only take one Senator from the Judicial Committee to send this noninee to the floor for a full Senate

Hearing.

I don't think we should let her waltz thru with out a fight.

Please call the Senators on the Committee and let them know we are watching, maybe we can't stop her

but we sure do not want to rubber stamp her nomination.

I do not want to see Obama's Socialist Policies continue for
at least 35 years after he is out out office.
We probably can't stop her but we sure do not have to rubber
stamp her and let her sail thru this committee without putting
up a fight.
I think we should let the Republican Senators know we are watching them and that it would take only one Senator to send
this nominee to the floor for a full Senate Hearing.
