If you live on the south, southwest or west this is YOU .. Wheatland Township is a separate governing entity in ADDITION to your city government. (approx. 95th St. south to 135th, Modaff to Eola)
They will be voting on spending $2 million for a NEW building. (see current office pix below) Your tax money (their revenue is approx. $1 million per year)

Currently, there are 7 employees and about 1200 square feet of office space. They are proposing a NEW building to be built at 7,500 square feet for the same number of employees and 100 parking places.
If you want to speak and ask questions, you must be a registered voter in the township. You do not need your voter's card, just a driver's license. You will get a paddle with a number and you can raise the paddle at any time to speak. You do not need to be there before 7 PM to speak.
YOU CAN COME TO THIS TOWN HALL, SPEAK BY RAISING A PADDLE, AND YOU CAN DEFEAT THIS MOTION TUESDAY NIGHT!
People supporting this expenditure are planning on over 200 people attending. If you oppose this expenditure, you need to come!
