Palatine St. Patrick's Day Parade
On Saturday, March 12, Palatine will be "Painting the Town Green" with a St. Patrick's Day Parade that kicks off at 11:00 AM. The Palatine Township Republican Organization (PTRO) will be marching in that parade and we would love for you to march with us. Bring your family, bring your friends and join us!
Here is what you need to know:
The line up starts at 9:30 AM. and will be located at 200 E. Wood Street. PTRO is in position 18. The parade is expected to last around an hour and a half.
Immediately after the parade, PTRO is hosting a Meet n' Greet in the Palatine Room of Emmett's Grill. Come by and say hello to your elected officials:
Joe Walsh, Congressman, Illinois 8th District and
Robert Dold, Congressman, Illinois 10th District
Matt Murphy, Illinois State Senator, 27th District
Tom Morrison, Illinois State Representative, 54th District
David Harris, Illinois State Representative, 66th District
In addition, we are hoping that Senator Mark Kirk, Representative Dan Rutherford and Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka will be able to join us. They have all been invited and are trying to clear their schedules.
So bring your shillelagh, your shamrock and your Irish eyes and join us for a wonderful time. After all, everyone is Irish on St. Pat's Day.
