If you are a property owner, you’ve either received or will be receiving this year’s property tax bill soon. And if you are like most property owners, you’re wondering why your tax bill is so high when your property values have steadily declined.

Property taxes, assessments and levy limits are often very confusing and frustrating. To help you understand the complicated issue of property taxes, AWAKEN AMERICA The Great Awakening Group and Americans for Prosperity will be hosting a “Property Tax Forum” on August 24, 2011.
