It would be great if you could avoid scheduling meetings on the first Thursday of each month, when Arlington Heights TEA has been holding meetings for about 2 years now.

For the next year we have a meeting scheduled on the first Thursday of each month, except for November 2013 when we meet the 2nd Thursday.

Art... We WILL hold AWAKEN AMERICA MEETINGS whenever we choose, for the members of AWAKEN AMERICA..... We have been an ESTABLISHED and Legitimate Organization since 2009 .. OUR FIRST MEETING WAS THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 17, 2009.... and the majority of our meetings have been held on Thursday..... Our calender is set in advance and sometimes we have guest that come in out of town and we do our best to accomidate scheduling for them.... It would be great if you would have considered your meeting dates when you started less than a 2 short years ago....

Really Art our meetings do indeed conflict however, we have been holding them on Thursdays for almost 4 /12 years, I was kind of hoping you could change yours if it were at all possible the only time we are flexible are when we meet in Schaumburg.
