We all know what a big mistake it would be to put Kagan on the Supreme Court. Not only is she not qualified

Obama is paying off his union buddies big time with this one. This bill is attempting to expand public sector unionish by imposing it on states and municipalities that have not permitted their civil service public employees to unionize.

Instead of allowing states to handle their own labor relations this bill will federally madate forced unionism for

all police and firefighters.

Big labor is demanding a vote on this bill and Harry Reid is happy to oblige.

Federal judge has just overturned Obama's six month moratorium on deep water drilling. President plans to

appeal.

Groundbreaking school choice bill that would offer opportunity scholarships to sutdents in Chicago's worst performing schools and also permit parents to use school vouchers will becoming up for another vote in the House.

According to State Representative John Kavanagh Arizona hopes to present a bill in January to deny

birth certificates to children born to Illegal immigrant parents.

According to Kavanagh it was never the original intent of the drafters of the constitution to bestow citizenship

upon Illegal aliens.

Arizona feels it will be challenged and will end up in the Supreme Court.

The U.S. Army has discovered a TRILLON dollar mine field including gold, silver and other various minerals.

This resolution disapproving the expanding powers given the EPA to regulate greenhouse gases was defeated

in the senate by a vote of 53 - to 47. Even if it had passed in the senate President Obama was prepared to

veto the resolution.

HR4173 Wall Street reform & Consumer Protection Act to improving accounability and transparency in the financial system to end "to big to fail" and to protect taxpayers by ending bailouts has just been defeated in the

House of Rep. by a vote of 217 to 198 all along party lines of course.
